Bicester score 2 early in the first half and another 2 in 5 mins in the second half.

Bicester U14 Boys made it 3 in 3 against Witney but found it much tougher than the first 2 games.
The game started with some to and fro with Witney probably having more of the ball as Bicester got to grips with being under pressure. But eventually Bicester started to get the upper hand as the defence started to find the midfield. With pressure transfering to Witneys defence the attack had a couple of chances with Witneys keeper making good use of his pads. The goal eventually came when Alex Birtles beat 2 players and hit his shot low to the keepers left.
Goal number 2 was an individual effort from Lucia Sammons who ran from 30 metres down the right into the D and slid the ball past the keeper.
There followed another period of play that went backwards and forwards with both teams having chances in open play and Penalty Corners. Late in the the half Witney got a goal after a couple of errors from the defensive team found a Witney player on their own in front of goal.
The second half saw more of the same with both teams putting in a lot of work, the game only looked safe for Bicester when Amy Willis cleared up 2 goal mouth scrambles with her normal goal poaching to make 3-1 then 4-1.
Witney pushed for more goals and had Bicester scrambling in defence more than once before a late Penalty Corner gave them a late second goal.
A good game to watch with some good battles in many areas of the pitch, Bicester deserving the win but working much harder than they thought.
