Best to forget

Headed off to Witney this morning, it was freezing cold and frosty, the captain was awol (at work) and Faye ended up in a ditch before the game even started. We should have know it might not be our lucky day.
Witney started strong and put us on the back foot immediately, grabbing some early goals. Bicester were able to pressure back and Ness nabbed herself a goal and finally a fine!
However, clearly our heads were still in warm beds and the rest of the first half was a washout.
A change of tactics in the second half brought us some extra control and despite a late penalty flick converted by Abbie, we were never going to pull it back.
Today was a match best to be forgotten and hopefully we can sort it out for next week.
