The dates for our summer sessions have been fixed (all at The Cooper School).
All club sessions (all welcome)
Wednesday August 24th from 7.45pm
Wednesday August 31st from 7.45pm
Split training will then commence from the first week of September.
Fitness training will also take place over the summer with dates and times to be confirmed.
